Bel Acres is five (5) kilometers north of the perimeter highway on Sturgeon Road.  It is worth the trip.

The banquet room seats 210 guests at round tables with a panoramic view of the golf course.  If your guest list is larger than the banquet room capacity or perhaps you are looking for a smaller wedding reception room, our adjoining dining room may be booked in conjunction with or by itself for 50 guests.

Our staff is here to provide you with an enjoyable, relaxing, and memorable time in our spectacular clubhouse. We just need you and your guests and we will handle the rest.    

Bel Acres Golf & Country Club knows that every event from weddings to golf tournaments are planned months in advance and talked about for years.

Our Chef takes great pride in the presentation and quality of our meals and can create a menu to fit any occasion or taste.  The following menu suggestions are to assist you in the planning of your event.   Children’s, vegetarian, and special dietary meals can be arranged. 

Our two-tiered patio is a great location for your wedding ceremony.  After the wedding, the patio returns to a breath-taking view with chairs, tables and umbrella’s for your guests to enjoy the great outdoors.

We offer a great decorating package of the presentation, cake and head tables. This includes mini lights, white tulle and choice of garlands.  We also offer very attractive crystal candle centerpieces.

You will have access to your room on the day of your event to make any of your own personal touches.

White linen table clothes, head table skirting, one color linen napkin, microphone, podium, trees with mini lights, the banquet room, and the two-tiered patio are supplied at no cost.
